Aphrodisiac is the word of the day for Valentine’s Day. Simon Restaurant at Palms Hotel is offering the perfect menu of foods to get you in the mood. The four course prix-fixe menu will offer appetizer, salad, entrée, and dessert. Diners will get to choose from several options during each course and can even add, for an extra $32, a wine pairing with each selection. 2 parts Pisco Porton

1 part pomegranate juice

1 part tangerine juice

Sugar to taste

Pomegranate seeds for garnish

Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with pomegranate seeds.
