Chang’s Meat and Fish @ Venetian

Located inside Palazzo Las Vegas, Majordōmo Meat & Fish is easily the most anticipated restaurant opening in the city. David Chang’s omnipresent force in the food world has transformed and elevated steamed buns and ramen into ubiquities, showcasing that he and his team go far and beyond for their guests. Similarly, with their whole plate short ribs, they marinate the three bone plate for 24 hours in brown sugar, apple juice, pear juice, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and soy sauce. It is then seasoned with additional salt and coarse black pepper, then placed in a smoker for 6-8 hours and served tableside. Enjoy with beef rice, shiso, rice paper, and ssämjang & condiments.
